Presenting the luxurious and ambitious Devron development, design team ‘II by IV’ has curated an elegant sales office to match the project. Fully furnished with seating and a coffee & drinks bar, this sales office presents potential residents with a glimpse into life at 101 Spadina. As the construction manager, Woodbecker coordinated the execution of II by IV’s grand vision. In addition to the creation of custom mill work completed in-house in order to satisfy the ambitious schedule.
