El Catrin

El Catrin is regularly heralded for its exquisite interior design, which features a large bas-relief mural by Mexican artist Oscar Flores.  Taking inspiration from Mexican cantinas, the different design elements are thematically united through the use of day-of-the-dead imagery. Custom laser cut steel chandeliers and privacy screens add to the ambiance of the eatery and help extend the character of the restaurant to the courtyard, which has become one of Toronto’s top destination patios.
