Spirit of York Distillery

The Spirit of York Distillery approached Woodbecker with conceptual plans for a high-end bar and retail operation, as well as a glass-fronted production area visible to the public.  Efficient communication was required to navigate the process of heritage approvals and the complex installation of the distilling equipment imported from international suppliers. Woodbecker was additionally engaged for a $300,000 design/build of a 3-story glass tower to house the distillation columns. The end result is a world-class production facility.
