Woodbecker was founded over 20 years ago by company president James Becker. Several early jobs came from the Distillery District, back in the early 2000s, when it was largely abandoned and used primarily as a backdrop for film shoots.  We are still there today, helping the owners continue to build it into a world class destination.  During this time, Woodbecker has grown to specialize in the Construction Management of medium to large projects in both the Commercial and Residential sectors.

Today, we are a reliable company known for delivering quality work. We place enormous emphasis on schedule and budget deliverables. In today’s construction climate, it is imperative that our clients be able to utilize their space as quickly as possible as property costs are at an all time high. It is our philosophy and intent to deliver projects within the expected timeframe for our clients.
